Alexandra Gruebler is a Berlin-based composer, producer and performer of electroacoustic music. Her artistic practice employs a dialogic interaction between the topography of her voice and various processed instruments such as the psaltery, bagpipes, acoustic artefacts and poetics. With her solo project Baal & Mortimer she has released on Bureau B/ Tapete Records, ITALIC, Kunsthalle Düsseldorf and Objects&Sounds. She was the Mentee of Laurel Halo (Amplify Berlin 2018) and Greg Fox (Forecast Forum 2023).
